Festival Theaters is an independent movie theater in Palm Springs, California, known for showing both current releases and classic films. After being a major venue for indie films during the annual Palm Springs Film Festival, the theater needed a way to announce it was back on its regular schedule of contemporary movies. 

The video was concepted, outlined, shot and edited within three hours using traditional practical effects and old-fashioned puppetry, using two sturdy plastic skeletons from Spirit Halloween and posted the next day-- quickly beating out engagement rates (likes, shares and comments) from previously posted IG content.
